Description
- Enterprise Workstations
- Provide first-level hardware and software support for client systems, including, but not limited to:
- Hardware/software configuration recommendations.
- Setup and installation of new systems.
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues.
- Other Equipment
- Perform installation and maintenance for various equipment, such as:
- Audio/visual systems.
- Mobile devices.
- Printers, copiers, and other peripheral devices.
- User Support
- Assist users with day-to-day computer-related problems.
- Maintain excellent customer service relationships.
- Properly document all work in an organized manner.
FSA: Non-Exempt

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with peripheral equipment setup and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Dedication to maintaining high standards of customer service.
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with audio/visual systems and networking principles.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or PC technician role.
