Description

  1. Enterprise Workstations
    • Provide first-level hardware and software support for client systems, including, but not limited to: 
    • Hardware/software configuration recommendations. 
    • Setup and installation of new systems. 
    • Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues.
  2. Other Equipment 
    • Perform installation and maintenance for various equipment, such as: 
    • Audio/visual systems. 
    • Mobile devices. 
    • Printers, copiers, and other peripheral devices.
  3. User Support 
    • Assist users with day-to-day computer-related problems. 
    • Maintain excellent customer service relationships.
    • Properly document all work in an organized manner.

FSA: Non-Exempt

Before hiring, the final candidate(s) must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation, including information obtained from social media and other internet sources. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience with peripheral equipment setup and maintenance. 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Dedication to maintaining high standards of customer service.

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with audio/visual systems and networking principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or PC technician role.
