Qualifications:

Essential:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Exceptional organization and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a stressful and demanding environment.  
  4. Knowledge of NCAA Division II regulations.
  5. Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, alumni, and boosters.

Desired:

  1. Two to three years of successful coaching experience.
  2. Experience recruiting prospects.
  3. Proficient computer skills, including: Microsoft Office and HUDL.

Responsibilities:

  1. On the field coaching responsibilities assigned by the Head Football Coach.
  2. Recruiting duties assigned by the Head Coach.
  3. Other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director.
