Housing
Living at UWA
Among the integral parts of any student’s experience is living in an entirely new environment, whether on or off-campus. Your roommates may become friends for life, you’ll find yourself in new and diverse social circles and begin to create the foundation for living as an adult that will serve you on the next step of your journey. While all first-year students start UWA life at Gilbert Hall, there are several options for on and off-campus living as you progress.
While freshmen are housed in Gilbert Hall, upper-classmen have a choice between Hoover Apartments, Patterson Hall, Reed Hall and Selden Hall — each has its own location-based and living-style benefits. Graduate students are housed in Stickney Hall. In addition, students who qualify have the option of selecting from several off-campus housing options.
Our housing rates listed are per person, per semester, based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted). The meal plan rates listed are for the minimum meal plan required for each residence hall.
