The Office of Student Involvement and Communications invites registered clubs, organizations, and residence halls to submit requests for event announcements. Campus departments may also submit requests, which will be considered as space allows. Announcements may be featured in our weekly email newsletter, This Week at UWA, and shared on our social media channels.
Please submit your event no later than Thursday at 5:00 pm so your announcement can be included in the following week’s edition of This Week at UWA which is sent every Monday to students, faculty and staff. All event advertisements should comply with standards of common decency and should not interfere with the educational environment of the institution.
The event’s facility must be approved and on the University calendar to be highlighted on This Week at UWA. Questions regarding this service can be directed to Leslie White at lwhite@uwa.edu.
