Rosie Zilinskas
Rosie Zilinskas is the CEO and founder of No Woman Left Behind and an executive vice president in the insurance industry. No Woman Left Behind was founded in 2021 by Rosie to elevate women worldwide through education, mentorship, and community. We provide one-on-one coaching, career, and leadership development coARCes, a podcast, and free educational resources that inspire and guide women to unlock the leader within and create a career and life they love. She is an international leadership coach and corporate trainer and has spoken on stages throughout the U.S. and Latin America. She has lent her career expertise to numerous podcasts and media outlets. Before launching No Woman Left Behind, Rosie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in actuarial science and spent three decades climbing the corporate ladder. A mother of two young adults, she is a first-generation Mexican-American obsessed with personal development and listening to podcasts and audiobooks. She lives in Chicago with her husband and beloved mini Goldendoodle, Oakley.

The Story Collider’s mission is to reveal the vibrant role that science plays in all of our lives through the art of personal storytelling. During the live storytelling events, people from all walks of life – from scientists and doctors to journalists and comedians to artists, firefighters, and bartenders – tell stories about how science has affected their lives. Story Collider shares these stories on their weekly podcast, which The Washington Post has called “delightful, devastating, and endlessly listenable.” Over the years, they have developed storytelling coaching practice into an Education Program offering public and private storytelling training to individuals and groups.
