Description
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Trustees and the University’s Executive Leadership.
- Serve as the point of contact for the University community regarding board-related matters.
- Work closely with the President on special projects.
- Continuously form, build, and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders as a representative of the Office of the President.
- Prepare materials for quarterly Board and Board Committee meetings, monthly President’s Council meetings, and annual faculty and staff in-service meetings.
- Process requisitions as applicable and prepare and submit annual budgetary requests.
- Maintain the organizational chart for the University’s Executive Leadership.
- Schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of the Board of Trustees, President, and Vice Presidents as applicable.
- Co-manage the President’s calendar.
- All other duties as assigned by the President and Board of Trustees.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of graduation from a standard High School.
- Minimum of three years of general secretarial or office management experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Positive, professional attitude and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline.
- Ability to protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Desired:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
